Owner/Operator

Mattie Zanin

With 5+ years of background and knowledge of various contracting work with a heavy focus on painting, Mattie founded CCP in 2023.

Mattie began his journey in home remodeling employed by Geauga Custom Carpentry in 2019 and fell in love with the craft. There, Mattie gained experience in painting, electrical, drywalling, tiling, plumbing, and the ins and outs of running a business.

He is proud to be serving Northeast Ohio under his own company and adding his artistic and professional touch to every space we work on.

TALLULAH SWASEY

Bringing a background of 5+ years in sales, marketing, and customer service, Tallulah joined as a founding member of CCP in 2023.

Tallulah's professional journey has had a heavy focus on managerial duties and sales through School of Rock Cleveland. There, she gained knowledge of lead sourcing, SEO, social media marketing, and project organization.

Tallulah is excited to assist in the growth of CCP and looks forward to coordinating your next project.
